authorised by the Organizing Committee, non-payment will result in skaters being disqualified from
the competition.
In case of withdrawal, refunds will
be given on presentation of a medical certificate, or occasionally in circumstances unforeseeable
at the time of application, after consideration by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserves
the right to decide on any exceptional request.
